Dear EUROGI member

In order you are able to plan your activities and book your travel arrangements and accommodation

we are pre-announcing this year 2^nd General Board meeting which will be organised together with Copernicus workshop:

· Thursday, December 12^th 2013 Copernicus workshop (9:00-17:00)

· Friday, December 13^th 2013 GB meeting and EM meeting (9:00-17:00)

Both events will be held at Ministry of Rural Development, Budapest V. Kossuth tér 11 ( MAP )

In order to increase our members possibility to attend the events reimbursement for travel costs and maximum

2 night accommodation in amount up to €500 will be available (upon receipts, boarding and travel passes)

for those who will be present at the Copernicus workshop for entire day
